CHRISTOPHER MORALES, FOUNDER & CEO

Christopher is an industry leader with 18+ years of experience providing various mechanical and energy engineering consulting services to building owners, property managers, architects, project developers, and contractors including ASHRAE Energy Audits, Building Decarbonization Assessments & Conceptual Design, LEED and Code Compliance Building Energy Modeling, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, New Construction Commissioning, Retrocommissioning / Recommissioning, and Ongoing Commissioning & Monitoring-based Commissioning.

Christopher is also a licensed Professional Engineer - Mechanical in California, Colorado, New York, and Tennessee, a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and a LEED Accredited Professional with Specialty in Operations and Maintenance (LEED AP O+M)

Christopher is also a provisional member of the following ASHRAE Technical Committees: TC 4.07 - Energy Calculations, TC 7.06 - Building Energy Performance, and TC 9.06 - Healthcare Facilities
